Primary Care Services We Provide
Health Status Evaluation
We provide a health status evaluation of each new patient which includes dietary and activity history as well as a lifestyle assessment.
Preventive Care
Recommendations for health screening as well as lifestyle and dietary changes will be individualized for each patient, especially those with chronic health conditions.
Acute Care
We accept same-day appointments as our schedule allows, thus saving you time and expense of an emergency room visit. Since we are across the street from Northeast Methodist Hospital, any condition requiring emergent care can easily be transferred. We hope to safely offer walk-in appointments again in the near-future.
Chronic Condition Follow-Ups
We provide continuity of care for the following conditions:
- Hypertension
- Diabetes
- Screening for Cardiovascular Disease
- High cholesterol
- Stable heart disease
Women’s Health
We provide routine well woman exams including pap smears and breast exams. Dr. Nguyen can provide advice on birth control options and treatment for common conditions such as urinary tract infections.
