Rescheduling patient appointments for March, April 2020, updated on 3/20/2020

DEAR VALUED PATIENTS:

BECAUSE WE ARE TRYING TO LIMIT PATIENT AND STAFF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19, WE ARE NOTIFYING YOU OF THE FOLLOWING OFFICE VISIT SCHEDULE CHANGE: IF YOU HAVE AN UPCOMING APPOINTMENT BETWEEN MARCH 23 AND MAY 1, WE WILL BE REACHING OUT TO EITHER CONVERT THOSE APPOINTMENTS TO PHONE/TELEMEDICINE VISITS OR RESCHEDULING THEM FOR MAY 3 OR LATER (THIS MAY CHANGE ACCORDING TO CDC RECOMMENDATIONS). PLEASE DON’T CALL US–WE WILL CALL YOU.

OUR PHONES WILL BE OPEN FOR APPOINTMENT REQUESTS AND CLINICAL INQUIRY DURING REGULAR OFFICE HOURS. HOWEVER, OUR PREFERENCE IS TO GO THROUGH THE PATIENT PORTAL FOR REFILL REQUESTS, CLINICAL INQUIRIES, AND APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING WHENEVER POSSIBLE. FACE-TO-FACE APPOINTMENTS ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

FOR REMOTE ACCESS APPOINTMENTS (PHONE/TELEMEDICINE), YOU WILL RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS AS TO TIME/DATE, HOW TO ACCESS, AND HOW YOU CAN PREPARE (COLLECT MEDICATIONS OR UPLOAD MED LIST INTO A PORTAL MESSAGE, ETC.).

DROP-INS ARE NOT ENCOURAGED AT THIS TIME AS OUR ENTRANCE WILL ONLY ADMIT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS.

LAB DRAWS WILL GO OUT TO OUR PARTNER LABS (LABCORP, CPL, AND QUEST). PLEASE NOTIFY US BY CALLING OUR OFFICE OR MESSAGE THROUGH THE PATIENT PORTAL WHEN YOU ARE READY FOR LAB DRAW, AND WE WILL MAKE SURE THE ORDER GOES TO THE CORRECT LAB. PLEASE CHECK THE FOLLOWING WEBSITES FOR HOURS AND LOCATIONS:
